Chris Connors is a versatile music producer, audio engineer, and musician based in Brooklyn, NY. Connors works primarily from his project studio, Concrete Sound.

Connors produces for a wide range of major-label and independent artists in the United States and abroad. He has produced and mixed for America’s John Legend, Britain’s Craig David, Hong Kong’s Chet Lam, and Cuba’s Orquesta Akokán, to name a few.

In 2017, he was awarded a Latin Grammy for mastering Flor De Toloache‘s “Las Caras Lindas,” and in 2018 received a Grammy nomination for his mixing and engineering on Orquesta Akokán‘s self-titled debut album. During 2018 and 2019, two Connors-produced tracks from Chet Lam’s album “Travelogue 4 Escape” reached #1 on China’s Top 50 chart.

Connors also provides composition, sound design, and mix for video content. He heads the sound department at Haym Pictures and works frequently with the team at Youtoocanwoo.

As a musician, Connors can be seen performing on bass and vocals with Grand Kid and Baby FuzZ, and guitar with Tiff Ortiz, among others.
